BVA Course Overview:
X-Gen College of Visual Art offers exclusive 4 years degree course - B.V.A. or Bachelor in Visual Art. It is an undergraduate Fine Arts program recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission) affiliated to “Utkal University of Culture”. The Bachelor in Visual Arts is a four-year full-time degree course. In this Program X-Gen College of Visual Art offer unique opportunities to investigate an array of courses in art History, Animation, Interactive forms, Graphic Design, Photography, Video, Print Media and Foundation. The course is available in 8 Semesters. You may choose a specialization in Animation, Painting, Photo Media, Screen Arts, Sculpture (including ceramics and glass), Print media or Jewelry Design. You may also complete a second major in Critical Studies. Each semester is underpinned by the teaching of rigorous theory and critical skills.

Start Early Is it the Right Career for Me?
There are no special subjects that are needed to be studied at this level. But aptitude in sketching, drawing and deep interest in computers is always considered essential to gain entry into the animation industry.
It would be very appropriate to study fine arts at the college level and Bachelor in Fine Arts is an ideal way to give career in animation a big push.
